1) Cook a plant-based meal at least one night a week

2) Eat lots of vegetables (and be creative!)
Have you ever been told to eat the rainbow? Adding colour and lots of veggies to your diet is so important. Veggies are a good source of vitamins and minerals, including folate, vitamin C and potassium. Plus, an excellent source of dietary fibre. Get creative with veggies too! Cauliflower is so versatile and doesn’t just have to be steamed. Turn it into cauliflower steaks, make cauliflower rice or even turn it into a pizza base! Spinach can be a great addition to a smoothie or even used in a salad dressing. The best thing to do is research and see how others get creative too.

Growing up you may have been brought up eating meat and veg most nights.
